Manikarnika Teaser Out: Kangana In Fierce Look, As Jhansi Ki Rani

New Delhi: The makers of  the movie Manikarnika have released the teaser of the movie. In which Kangana Ranaut is looking fierce and determined just like the Rani of Jhansi. The film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Jisshu Sengupta, Zeeshan Ayyub and Taher Shabbir in important roles. After many stills from the film, the audiences will get to see the motion teaser and it looked quite grand.

The teaser is starting with  Mr. Amitabh  Bachchan's voice over in which he is explaining the scenario of  India during the Britiah rule and theri invasions. He also tells how Manikarnika that is Rani of Jhansi decided to save her kingdom from the British rule and decided to fight for her motherland. The introduction is then followed up the grand shots of Manikarnika entering the palace. There is also a shot of her sitting atop her throne with a baby in her lap. She is shown as a fierce commander who can handle her sword perfectly well.

But the movie had to go through tough times as the actors of the movie quit the movie. The actors including Sonu Sood and Swati Semwal quit the movie. “I am proud of this film, and of portraying a character who empowers and inspires. We have put in our heart, blood and sweat into making this film. Manikarnika will make every Indian proud,” Kangana had earlier said in a statement about the film.

The movie is directed by Krish, the film stars Ankita Lokhande, Jisshu Sengupta, Zeeshan Ayyub and Taher Shabbir. The film is written by the writers of Bahubali and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. The movie will be released on 25 January, 2019.
