Familiar Faces (Part 1)

Summary: Basically just the back story and the introduction to the series.

A/N: So sorry for the really short chapter!! this is my first fic and I’m still figuring things out.

“I swear to god Y/N,one day you’re gonna break a leg jumping those fences. I won’t always be there to help you, you know?” Arthur groaned, helping you down as you slid off his shoulders.

“Yeah, you will," you disagreed, knowing fully well that he already risked getting grounded multiple times just for the sake of talking to you in the middle of the night.

“I hate you so much.”

“Shut up, you know you love me.”

“…Shit,I do.”

Usually you’d meet up around 3 AM under an old oak tree where you and Arthur initially met.You would often spend the night looking at the night sky and talking about whatever crossed your minds. Simply enjoying the company and the fresh breeze of the summer night.

You two had known each other since Kindergarten and since then you have been inseparable.

Not to say you didn’t have your fair share of fights though. In the end, however, you always made up and continued on with your reckless shenanigans.

As is the case with most teenagers, neither of you were exactly the most sociable types.You did not have many friends and those that you had somehow always ended up betraying you in some way or leaving.

In the end, it was always just the two of you..Sitting under an old-ass tree laughing at each other’s lame jokes and occasionally hiding after skipping school.

Life was good.

You got to explore and have fun. Not to mention you got to do all those activities with none other than your best friend,

Hell…Your only friend.

Arthur Ketch.

You always had each each other’s backs. Arthur supported you in your most desperate moments and you could always rely on him.

He has been there for you, through the thick and thin.

And you were always there for him, no matter the situation.

Everything was great up until that fateful day on which your whole life got flipped upside down.

The day you found your parents brutally murdered on the kitchen floor.

The day you got sent away to live with your biological Dad who was located in the USA.

The day you had to leave your friend, best friend..Arthur, without saying goodbye.

The Day you joined the Winchester family
