After about a month of being stuck at home it’s fair to say the holiday blues have appeared.  My last trip away was to Liverpool, we went to visit for the first time for two days and I would happily return.  The aim of the trip was not only to visit somewhere new but to attend “The British Style Collective” previously “The Clothes Show live” held in Birmingham.

Liverpool was a bigger city than I first imagined, there was both, lots of shopping as well as different attractions such as more cultured things to do for example visiting museums.  Our stay was only short, so for the time that we were there we spent most of our time in the shopping part of town there were many different luxury and high street brands compared to at home.

On my next return to Liverpool I would like to take part in some more cultured activities to learn more about the area in history and in the present.

The British Style Collective show was based in the arena and around the Albert docks but unfortunately the day I attended there was no entertainment there for us to get involved in.  I will be doing a post to follow soon about my opinion on “The British Style Collective”.

I just wish that as I’m sitting here now writing this I would be planning my new travel adventure but instead I’m not sure when my next trip away will be.  I’ve got a busy few weeks ahead, maybe even months but hopefully I won’t have to wait too much longer!
