How it's been more than three years and Brittany remembers that moment perfectly.

It might seem like of all the wishes and talks in that video, this is the silliest thing but it's not. Brittany is wishing Daniel will see his dad do that trick for him because the memory she has of that trick is that her partner was chosen by fate. She has just told Santana that she's sure more than anything she wants to be with her, that she's seen the world. She knows now for sure, Santana is her soulmate.

The choice of words isn't casual either. As soon as Santana mentions the person "they chose" to love, Brittany remembers this moment, because she knows she didn't choose Santana. In fact, Mr. Schue helped her, in her memory, by making Santana pick a name of out the hat. So yes, Santana did choose her with her own hand, but she did it through the hat. That magic worked for them.

Therefore, she wishes Mr. Schue is going to show the same trick to his son in the future, so that he can find his own soulmate, just like Brittany did.
