Another stop at my lovely Freash Freash bistro in Brno.

The servise was great, more than ever and they had no problems with substituting cheese with tofu and honey-mustard dressing with olive oil and great seasoning. Not much on the plate (but it was late night, so be thankful you fatty....you) but I appreciate the effort so much. Always glad to come back! <3

Grilled eggplant+insalatina+natural tofu served with olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic.

All I need is more places like this!

I am very pleased for this experience. Few weeks ago I visited the Jedna báseň restaurant in Brno. I used to go there quite often but since I´ve became a vegan I stopped (because obviously they are not a vegan restaurant), but!

Last time my friend really wanted to have a lunch there so I gave them a try.

THANK YOU! I am really really pleased that there are more and more people who respects this lifestyle and have no problem with playing with the menu to satisfy picky person as I am. Not only they “made” a totally new dish for me, they were actually cared if I were satisfied. Take took a regulat cheese salad and transformed it into fresh mixed salad with new dressing made of pumpkin puree (served with mushrooms soup). Man, that was so good.

On top of this, they even undercut the price for me eventhough I could a regular price for a lunch menu+soup.

I´m glad for this experience. Thank you guys!
