Cookies or cake? K.S.
Out of those two, it would probably be cake. I’m far more a savoury than sweet tooth, unlike certain people I know.

Ok then Reeve. I must ask you one more thing. (I ask everyone this.) I know your job must be very stressful. So why is it.. You don't have any grey hair? -Kay Savage
Hello once more Kay Savage,
It seems you may have become solely responsible for keeping this place alive with your questions. I trust you are well.
I would presume that it is down to genetics, though the majority of images you may have seen on the WWN are from when I was in my 30s, or even younger.
My Father didn’t go grey much at all, and only then within his 40s. My Mother was later still.
I understand stress can affect both the condition and colour of hair, but it looks like that is not the case for me. In full answer to your ‘stock enquiry’ however, I do have some grey hairs. These are easily manageable with maintenance of decent grooming habits, and are not exceedingly obvious.
-Reeve
[He has grey in his beard and some around his temples.]
Hello sir! Its me again. I just have to ask. Have you always loved cats? Sorry if this has already been asked before. -Kay S.
Hello again, Kay S.
It’s not really necessary to call me sir, Reeve will do, or Commissioner if you’d prefer. And yes, a similar question has been asked, but to clarify, I have been fascinated by felines since childhood - around 6 years of age.
However, they are not my favourite animals, contray to popular belief.
Thank you for your question.
- Reeve
Merry (late) Christmas sir! And a happy New Year too! -Kay S.
[blinks, before quirking his head and smiling as he pulls Cait Sith onto his lap to show the message]
Thank you. And a Happy New Year to you and all reading this missive. Stay posted for more developments on the cards and from the W.R.O. Keep sending in your questions!
;knocks in your door and serenades you with Christmas carols. -S.S
Peeps out, a small grin at the festive singing, “Why thank you, Secret Santa. Can’t quite see you… Yet.”
You are lookin' mighty fine today.~ 8D - Secret Santa
I believe you will find I look as I do most days?
This is interesting, though. We have never received a message from a nonny claiming to be Secret Santa before. Hello there.
"Reeve," the note by the small bouquet of white roses and a bottle of rather expensive wine reads, "it's good to hear from you again. Please do not be a stranger. I still owe you dinner. -Lilith."
Contrary to popular belief, Reeve does in fact have a secretary, even though it does rankle him that such a thing would be requisite. He had employed an orphan of Solian descent who was, he found, to be a source of both great frustration and amusement.
Gabriel was far more outgoing than he, and it was that man - showcasing a smile that in certain quarters could be described as a ‘shit-eating grin’ - who alerted the Commissioner to the gift in his office.
Reeve warned him with a look that was routinely ignored by Gabriel with a wink, before shutting the door in place to investigate the bottle and beautiful spray of roses on his own terms. The roses were white, which immediately brought into mind two people, only one of whom Reeve could see giving flowers as gifts.
Then again, he could be wrong about Rufus.
Picking up the bottle of wine first, he angled it so he could read the label, raising an appreciative eyebrow at the vintage and giving a smile at the same time in thought of the person he believed to be the giver.
He leaned over then to smell the bouquet’s scent, savouring the subtle sweetness before sitting down in his office chair and picking up the note. Intuition confirmed, Reeve shook his head in a grateful bemusement, before folding the note away into his drawer and typing a message out via the networks.
He unfortunately did not have an address for Shinra’s women in white to respond in kind.
Lilith, you have my thanks for the gifts.
It has indeed been good to touch base with everyone again - I have learned I need to make more efforts to be more sociable. I must admit that this does not come the most natural to me, but it does aid ensuring things are going the way they should.
With that in mind, I also accept your gracious offer of dinner sometime. You let me know the time and place.
-Reeve.
What is a Reeve Burger?
…I don’t have the time to speculate on this, and Shalua’s Yule gift to me is only throwing up somewhat conflicting definitions.
Put simply, I have no idea. Perhaps if you ask around you can find an answer to your question, grey-face.
