Mark Cuban: Here and Now!
I like Mark Cuban, period. And not just because he considered investing in mStation, an iPod Speaker company that I helped to startup (I am one of the three founders and I still own stock in it). I like him because he hasn't stopped moving forward. As many people have pointed out over the years, he could have retired for life after the sale of Broadcast.com, but he didn't (he did take some time off, and considered retiring, but I'm guessing that it was only a fleeting thought). He moved forward. Even now, he's still out there looking for the next big thing. One might have thought that he'd slow down after his hip replacement surgery, but as he tells it, he could have paid someone lots of money to rehab him, or he could go on Dancing with the Stars and get the rehab for free. That's what I like about Mark Cuban.
