Miyu in "Broadway Bound"
From a fan report: Now onto today’s Miyu. He was mostly in suits—three-piece combos and overcoats he rotated through. Every time he came home, he burst through the door with good news—props to the quality of the door, the wall, and Miyu’s body control! His movements were so light and agile—he’d bound up the stairs with big, windblown strides. There was one moment when Grandpa was coming down the stairs—Miyu casually sidestepped and leapt past him like a ninja. If I hadn’t been watching closely, I’d have no idea how he did it—it was that smooth. He practically flies when he walks.
In one scene, he’s holed up in his room trying to think of ideas, sleeves rolled up, sitting upright. His dark blue vest and white shirt were such a good visual. Later, he moved to a stool, deep in thought with his chin on his hand. I was focused on the living room scenes but kept sneaking glances up at the top-right corner where Miyu was for visual refreshment
Miyu looks good in suits! And I would love to see nimble Miyu jumping up and down the stairs and fly-walking.😁
This is a sequel to a previous stage play in 2021, called "Brighton Beach". It's very rare, that there would be sequels to a stage play with the same cast. I guess the prequel with the same cast was quite a success. The story is about a jewish family after the 2nd world war, with two brothers in the center who aspire to be writers.
