These Slow Cooker Pepsi Ribs are tender, flavorful, and easy to make. The combination of Pepsi, ketchup, and spices creates a sweet and tangy glaze that coats the ribs perfectly. Finish them off under the broiler for a caramelized finish that will have everyone coming back for more.
Ingredients: 4 lbs pork ribs. 1 can Pepsi 12 oz. 1 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: Put ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Use a slow cooker to cook the ribs. Spread the ribs out evenly as you pour the Pepsi mixture over them. For 6 to 8 hours, or until the ribs are soft, cover and cook on low heat. Take the ribs out of the slow cooker and put them on a baking sheet once they are done cooking. Warm up the broiler. Use sauce from the slow cooker to brush on the ribs. Broil the ribs for three to five minutes, or until the sauce turns caramelized and the ribs get a little charred. Enjoy while hot!
