brokeback mountain (2005)
Hi not outsiders but brokeback mountain bc it pride
The Rifle - BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN (2005) dir. Ang Lee
i have a feeling its going to be a brokeback mountain summer
Brokeback hacksaw (2004) Dir James wan 🪚
i was rewatching brokeback mt the other day, and this scene really stuck with me.
i believe alma jr knew, and the shot of her watching her dad get dragged off by cassie with that knowing, or even pitying expression on her face has me tearing up every time, as well as "maybe he's not the marrying kind". there's no doubt in my mind that she wasn't clueless about ennis' reality.
alma (jr) wanted her father to be happy, and she had to watch him put himself in another relationship that couldn't give him that happiness for so many reasons, was doomed from the start, and would ultimately end up only hurting the two
i haven't been able to stop thinking about this and had to share my thoughts :P
