HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Why is it that on the day of my last finals my bag is the heaviest it has ever been all semester?
broke my le pilage today
help me someone.
Was walking home from the local store carrying bags filled with my purchased necessities. I was bundled from head to toe; goofy hat, scarf, triple layered torso and arms, wool gloves, pants, doubled socks, clunky snow boots. I felt the bags slowly sag away from my grasp, closer to the ground, as i trudged through the snow covered, glute busting hills of Manayunk. I finally reached my street and was just minutes away from my apartment, making good pace and time to avoid what was about to come...
The plastic bag supporting all of my new belongings snapped and down they went onto the frozen sidewalk. At this moment I was not irritated. In this instance I reminded myself of Kevin McAllister and that instead brought a smile to my face.
