Alright members! We’ve had a few asks about an event. We won’t be having a neatchat this week, but instead starting now through ‘till Monday ( 20/3 ) we are going to be having a  DASH EVENT . As a coastal town, Otherland is often subjected to rough storms with howling winds. Unfortunately for the residents, this weekend it has resulted in a  BLACK OUT. All power lines are down, and will remain that way until  5 PM EST  on Monday, when electricity will be restored to Otherland. We hope you have fun with this, and that it stirs up some fun plots and drama for you all to play out!

“ Welcome to the carnival of life, where dreams are a reality -- ” The carnival is coming to town, and everyone’s going to be there. It’ll be a wonderful escape from the mundane life of Otherland; games to play, sweet treats to devour, and rides to... well, ride.
