30 Day fads/trends
Moving to LA I've noticed this "30 day" trend. Usually it involves salads, detoxing etc...well in the spirit of living here now. I'm going to do a "30 Day Brompton" fix ;)

To Lock or to Carry

Wow - new Brooks Cambium saddles!!! Has anyone tried them out? I currently have the B17 which I love and I'm in no hurry to change it but I must admit, these do look rather gorgeous!!
