That Hercules Moths are native to both northern Australia and Papua New Guinea. I thought they were a bit more to the west.

(I also learned that I am low on meds this morning but that's less fascinating and more worrying when the doctors aren't reopened yet).

If I remember right from one of the official WWD books, Utahraptor was in Britain because an Iguanodon species (now Dakotadon) was also in North America, so the producers thought that American dinosaurs could migrate the other way into Europe.

Fair enough. Hoplitosaurus was also referred to Polacanthus by Blows (1987). Either way, still much less parsimonious than having it the other way around.

Is there any surviving evidence for the reaction to the death of Optimus Prime in the 1986 movie? If it was enough to convince Hasbro to bring him back I imagine something must have survived.

Oh no no, I didn’t think that at all!! I just meant it was awkward that a Maori person was mistaken for black, by someone trying to excuse a role because the actor was ostensibly black XD I’m glad you pointed it out!
