Packing for Bronycon

So now’s the time to last minute pack and I’m super hyped to be going!! If anyone’s going I’ll be most active in the artist alley possibly talking with some friends and artists. We’ll be arriving on Friday morning. I’ll be going with my friend and co-creator of Discord’s Friendzy along with some other friends.

We will have stickers and possibly more card packs from last Bronycon. The packs that Tsitra360, Acesential and Dawnfire were selling last year. Hopefully you could get your hands on the Bronycon mascot cards along with the sticker to complete the Bronycon set :D

BronyCon 2018. What a year.

This was my best BronyCon yet. I was so excited to make things that people genuinely loved and to see everyone happy and enjoying themselves all weekend. It was great. It was beyond great. BronyCon always evoked the spirit of “Friendship is Magic” and I have always appreciated the show for that.

Above are just a selection of my commissions this year, including a matching earring and necklace Cutie Mark set! But then comes the announcement at the end of the weekend that BronyCon 2019 will be the last year. I won’t lie, I’ve noticed that attendance seemed to be dwindling from year to year. Many fans are not as voracious as they used to be because of the recent direction of the show, Hasbro’s focus on the Equestria Girls series and so many more reasons. As sad as it makes me to see BronyCon end, it just means we all have to find new homes at other shows. And that’ll be a fun new adventure.

I’m personally interested in checking out Furry Cons. They’re a type of show I’ve always wanted to attend and now is my opportunity to give them a try.

Are you sad to see BronyCon go? What are you going to use to fill the BronyCon shaped hole in your annual calendar?

🎼 My very first @Bronycon was insane, so many friends and people. This was also year 2 that our Discord’s Friendzy Cards got to attend too!! Thank you to all who got their own packs and took a sticker. It’s thanks to Brony’s like you that drive us to make this game grow and become just as big as TSSFF XD hopefully . Here (image shown) we have @tsitra360 on the first day of the con, it’s really thanks to him that you all got to see our cards again this year so go give him a follow and maybe commission him :D . . We hope to see you next year as it’s the last Bronycon there’ll be sadly. Don’t be down though, it’ll be the biggest one since 2013 we’re sure if it!! . . See you then everypony!! . . .
