Did you know that today is #NationalHoneyBeeDay? Celebrate by taking a trip to see Chris Russell’s cast-bronze artwork, “Bees for Sunset Park” (2012) at 9th Avenue (D) station in #Brooklyn. The work, fabricated by Modern Art Foundry, centers on the image of the bee and imagines the station as a hive with individuals buzzing in and out. Russell designed two sets of gates and finials at each side of the station. The cast bronze gates are based on greatly magnified honeycombs and are populated by crowds of busy bees.”

まあ植え始めも遅いうえに、うちの南向きの巨大な窓から入る光でグリーンハウス級の家だからか、他のハーブやカブまぐんぐんと成長中 笑

My baby tomato!!! It’s almost the end of summer but my tomato finally got a fruit on it : )) Probavly because of my south facing huge windows, my other veg and herbs are growing like crazy!
