Four Continents 2019 Pics
I know this is very, very delayed, but I’m just now getting around to finally going through all I took. Due to how grainy the pics are - and the amount of them that I took - I am only putting up a few that I really like here.
These cannot be used anywhere else.

Brooklee Han of Australia has retired.
Skating to LesMis is always a plus in my book, shame about the fall.
“Congrats on setting the new Australian record SP score for Senior Ladies at Inge Solar Memorial, Brooklee!“
ACI18 Women SP Group 2
Brooklee Han (AUS) - Damn what a start to the second group! I’m not generally a fan of this song for skating but I LOVED this. She speed was great and she was extremely expressive. And her double axel. Oh damn, the spiral entrance and the victory expression when she landed it. And the steps were absolutely gorgeous. And the dress! The back is so beautiful with the asymmetrical design and just, wow. That was so much better than I anticipated when I heard the music.
Andrea Montesinus Cantu (MEX) - what a nice change of tone. It was a shame about the two first jumping passes but damn was that a lovely axel. And I really enjoyed her twizzles. And her sit spins too! It was a lot of fun and she looked like she had fun too. The small flashes of flirting were really lovely :)
Bradie Tennell (USA) - I love this costume on her! Wow! That program! I was not a big fan of her programs last season because she looked like she was trying too hard to be very elegant. But this! The program was powerful and aggressive, which is perfect for her. Her extremely powerful jumps suddenly fit into her skating style and it suits her so well! I am so happy she given a program like this which really does someone like her justice. Wow. I was not expecting to see this from her and I am so happy to have been taken by surprise.
Yura Matsuda (JPN) - Another lovely costume. What a shame about the fall. She looked a little cautious after that. She has a lovely smile though. And I’ve said this a couple of times now, but lovely sit spins!! I miss a little bit of height on her jumps, but that will come I’m sure. And it was another lovely change of programs. It will help her stand out in the Japanese field :)
Eva Dogg Saemundsdottir (ISL) - what an interesting music choice. The choreography especially in the second half was great. It was such a shame about the jumps, but the step sequence was very well executed. Her spins were a bit all over the place, but I think her early mistakes were on her mind, so I’m sure she’ll improve :)
