AND WHO COULD IT BE BUT ERLING HAALAND
Excuse me, sirs, those stars do not belong to you. You must be thinking of a different US National Team. How many World Cups have you won?
it may be just a friendly and we have like 3 first team players, but glad to know that bayern's back
unpopular opinion but this could be good for the women's game. The founding clubs will make a LOT more money than they are getting from UEFA, and hopefully there will be some requirement that X% of revenue is spent on the women's teams. Sucks for Lyon and Wolfsburg who will experience a talent drain though if all the best players go to ESL teams. That was already probably going to happen though.
With all due respect, you sound so clueless you might as well be Phill Neville.
The only thing it will create is that the owners of teams will get richer and clubs will loose fans. Lack of money isn’t the problem, if you think Liverpool (or any of these 15) doesn’t have the money to fund the women’s team, i don’t know what to tell you. You’re also living in a dream world if you think X% of revenue will be spent on the women’s side.
More money doesn’t suddenly create more urgency or makes them care about women, quite the opposite. If you don’t care while having a profit of 200 million, you also won’t care if you have a profit of 400 million. Women (and men too) will be scrambling to get out of ESL teams because they want to play for their national team. These clubs will go up in flames and rightfully so.
Bayern: The top game against Wolfsburg is tomorrow!
Also Bayern:
Put some respect on your women’s team, 12 league games in and zero goals conceded. (8 this season)
