Hey buddy maybe make those offerings. Please? And not let your father's hubris be your own? Please? Pelops would like not to worry.

God I just found like, the perfect persona for Soudo (instead of the lame Reverse Persona he actually gets), Broteas).
Broteas was a child of Hephaestus and or Tantalus, depending on the setting. He never respected Artemis, so she drove him mad and caused him to immolate himself.
God like every piece of symbolism fits, madness brought on by gods, the relationship with Artemis (ie Maya), the motif of fire and setting himself on fire.
Also in some forms of the story he set himself of fire to escape libel and or rid himself of some kind of deformity which is also very Sudou.

Broteas, I know I know ya'll here for Pelops to make out with Poseidon. We will get there I promise. BUT I swear it'll be worth it. Besides I got told the other day someone had no idea about Broteas. So that's neat.

I mean the feast wasn't terrible for Pelops, Tantalus def had to sit there taking a series of storm jokes and watching his stores be eaten up by gods who may or may not actually need to eat. BUT let's hope he doesn't suddenly have a new pelt.

Stumbling in with an update on monday. I just needed to recover from forth of july. BUT Pelops buddy... Buddy boy. You're fearful man.
So Broteas and Niobe, siblings to Pelops which I wanted to design. And unlike Pelops they had inherited their infamous father's pride. And both would punished via Artemis and Apollo.
Most people know about Niobe, Queen of Thebes who boosted about her children and they were all slain by the godly twins Artemis and Apollo. Thus she be turned into a statue/stone that would weep endlessly.
Broteas has a kinda similar hubris that on a hunt he refused to honor Artemis. Thus she drove him mad and he killed himself. I know there are some claims of a fourth child of Tantalus but I really didn't see too much about it. But yeah Pelop's family kinda sucks. But Pelops (least my take) loved his siblings

SO a day early. But regardless, Broteas does care for Pelops. And what he is saying is to help give him a push but also.. Show a bit of his own way of thinking. I think we all know what's coming for Broteas. We know.
Peloponnesisches Kaffeetagebuch: on the Road.
Doch…
