This was an interesting recipe I came across in a book called Brother Juniper’s Bread Book: Slow Rise As Method and Metaphor by Br. Peter Reinhart. The recipe is very similar to a basic French loaf but for the addition of one ingredient: two cups of dry bread crumbs.
