Thank you for replying so quickly to my question about polyvore :) I hope you don't mind, I'm new to this, but can you give me more details on how to create collections? Is there a way to make them private? Also any tips on creating templates? Xoxo!

You can linger under the “create” button to make collections and drag items, sets, or both into them—some do it for personal organization, other users make collections that are just enjoyable to look at and are aesthetically pleasing, like collections of winter photography, hairstyle ideas, color schemes, etc, etc. As far as I know, you can’t make collections private though! As for templates, I’ve never used or made one in my life—I prefer to just free wheel my sets; it gives me more freedom to create whatever I’d like without limitations! :)

Do you have any tips for using poly vote? Especially keeping things in order? Thank you!

Creating collections of sets and items is a great way to organize things! I do admit that I would love for polyvore to create a system where you can categorize your likes, but collections are definitely helpful. If there’s anything else you’d like advice on as far as using the site goes, let me know! :)
