Turin's Flying Saucer

...landed at Geneva 1959 with a beautiful crew!

1953-59 Alfa Romeo 6C 3000 CM SuperFlow III by Pinin Farina; it is the 3rd stage of the SuperFlow style evolution made through the '50s by Aldo Brovarone for Pinin Farina that led to the 1966 Spider "Duetto".

...to reality

Aldo Brovarone’s colour sketch of the stunning Maserati A6GCS Berlinetta Pinin Farina side by side to the chassis number #2057 at 1954 Turin Salone dell'Automobile.

It is less known that this design was born for the heiress of the Cisitalia 202 SC and convinced Battista "Pinin" Farina to hire Brovarone as designer.
