soulmates as a horror trope,,,
the character referring to itself with it/its pronouns out of its lack of belief in its own humanity btw
something queerplatonic going on between the aromantic guy that is in love with the concept of love and the alloromantic guy that finds the feelings of love repulsive
sexual attraction: man I want to fuck that person
romantic attraction: man I want to kiss that person
platonic attraction: that person's soul and mine are bonded together in such a way separation would kill me and I would destroy the world for five more minutes beside them
bruno is trying so hard to get his work done but he's so fatigued and in pain and he doesn't know what the pain is but is just trying to ignore it so he doesn't look weak and is pushing himself so he can achieve as much as skylar but doesn't understand why it's so much easier for sky even when the answer is obvious and he's in so much pain <3
the nicholas/bruno au could be compelling actually. there is likely no way this relationship would turn out healthy at all, but I might play with this idea a bit more and see if anything comes of it
I want to put bruno summers into a blender and grind him into a fine paste
9 for the trauma ask game :D
(I've been seeing the posts you tag w winterbruno and it's been making me so curious dude)
9. Are they looking for someone to save them or do they believe they're beyond saving?
Before Winter and Bruno met each other, Bruno believed that if he kept working hard and putting maximum effort into everything, it would be able to fill the emptiness he could never quite shake off, bur at the same time he never fully believed he could save himself, and longed for someone else. This came in the form of his ex-girlfriend Ruby, but when she was still not enough to make him feel fulfilled, he distanced himself from her. Winter never thought another person could save him and didn't have friends before Bruno, choosing to keep to himself.
After growing attached to each other, Winter put everything into his relationship with Bruno, unable to imagine a future without him because Bruno was the only person who ever made him truly feel like himself, and believing he was the only thing that could save him. Bruno was never quite as attached as Winter became, and when he recognized that he would never be able to form a true sense of self around another person, he grew more distant from Winter.
