If someone has a casting cost of WWU, does that extra white mana figure into their characterization?
Increased colored mana in costs is much more about developmental concerns than philosophical ones.

how does replicate interact with jeskai ascendancy?
It doesn’t. The copies aren’t cast and won’t trigger any ability that triggers when you cast a spell, e.g. Thermo-Alchemist or Guttersnipe
It also won’t trigger for copies made by Melek, or Riku, or Storm, or any other ability that creates a copy of a spell that’s already on the stack.
(There have been a lot of questions about this sort of stuff today, so I wanted to combine it all into one answer.)
can I play a card with an alternate cost off of cascade? My question specifically involves suspend, bestow, and fuse
No.
You’re already casting the spell for an alternate cost of “free”, so you can’t pay a different alternate cost.
Even if you could, suspending a card is a special action, not an alternate cost and can only be done from the hand. And split cards with fuse can only be cast fused from your hand as well.
Can i reveal Chameleon colossus to an amplify effect, like say, kiln mouth dragon? I see no reason why i couldn't, but the interaction is obscure enough that i wasn't able to find a consensus.
Yes.
You can reveal any creature with Changeling (or Mistform Ultimus) for any amplify ability.
Can animate dead reanimate akroma without making you sacrifice her? This appears to have been subject to a few erratas and i can't find the current ruling.
4/1/2008 If the creature card put onto the battlefield has Protection from Black (or anything that prevents this from legally being attached), this won't be able to attach to it. Then this will go to the graveyard as a State-Based Action, causing the creature to be sacrificed.

To be fair, this cuts both ways.
What do you mean?
