maryland. one of the smaller us states. i have lived in maryland my entire life, born and raised, and if youve ever been to maryland, then ho boy.
almost every single restaurant in maryland has seafood in the name or on their sign. people here worship seafood like theres some fuckin crab overlord watching over us. not once has there even been a mere mention of seafood in the entire series, and i should know, ive read all the books and watched the whole show.
now, i know what you might be thinking, well there cant be seafood because seafood has a more recognizable and distinct taste than other meats.and thats true. but its never even fucking mentioned, aside from will graham fishing. will fishing is the only mention or acknowledgement of one of maryland’s most defining characteristic.
