Bryan, Ohio is home of Spangler Candy, producers of Dum-Dums, Necco Wafers, Bit-O-Honey, Sweetharts and various other sweet treats. The plant abuts the NS Chicago Mainline and a westbound freight train can be seen passing by in the background. The water tower is actually city owned but in a combined project with the company got this Dum-Dums makeover in the later part of 2022. Bryan, OH 3/3/2024
