I was wondering if I could get a songfic scenario for Undertaker...? Either the song "Flares" by The Script or "Homeless Heart" by Bryan Rice, either one that's easier for you, please?
I chose Homeless by Bryan Rice.
Lyrics are italicised
TW; heavy mentions of deep sadness and not feeling okay.
word count: 749 words.
Lonesome beautyWith a crowd around youI see who you are
Undertaker had noticed that, though you interacted with people during one of the Earl Phantomhive’s balls, your smile never quite reached your eyes. The eyes were the windows to a soul and it didn’t take much to see that you were unhappy. Your soul was unhappy and even in a room full of people, you felt unnoticed, insignificant. You joke, they laughTill the show is overThen you fall so hard
He was there to see that you were unhappy during the ball, but he was also the only one to see that when you were home, with him, that your facade more than cracked - it shattered. Your entire being crumbled and you collapsed in on yourself, tears cascading down your face as you sobbed, arms wrapped around yourself in an attempt to hold yourself together in a manner that transcended physicalities. If you’re needingA soul-to-soul connectionI’ll run to your side
Undertaker was there - he was always, always there for you when you needed it. Though he didn’t remember much of anything about his own human life, he felt an echo within him when he realised that he had once been alone in a room packed with people, too.
As such, Undertaker was always there for you, no matter the time of day or night. He held you wordlessly, his fringe thankfully covering his eyes so that you couldn’t see the pain that swam their chartreuse depths. When you’re lost in the darkWhen you’re out in the coldWhen you’re looking for somethingThat resembles your soulWhen the wind blows your house of cardsI’ll be a home to your homeless heart
Your heart had nowhere to go. Nowhere to bleed, to recover after a day out in the open. You needed something that only Undertaker could provide as your s/o - his love, his time. Patience. Everything ends, including sadness, and you would not feel like this forever.
Such was your bond that your sadness echoed his own sadness, heavy and centuries old; Reapers were cursed with the knowledge of their death and so his own sadness oftentimes surpassed your own, though he never voiced that and only did what he could to make you smile - just one smile was all that was needed to put some sunlight back into his world.Open close meLeave your secrets with meI can ease your painMy arms will beJust like walls around youCome in from the rainIf you’re runningIn the wrong directionI will lead you back
Whenever you came home, crying and feeling away from yourself, as though your mind, heart and soul were all at odds with one another, Undertaker was there with open arms and a sentence or two that helped to ease your pain and help you to see that you weren’t lost, or alone. You were right where you needed to be - in his arms, safe, with Undertaker looking down at you.
“Oh, my dear,” He would say, “Don’t you know that the world is so much sadder without your laughter?”
He loved you and you loved him just the same. When you’re lost in the darkWhen you’re out in the coldWhen you’re looking for somethingThat resembles your soulWhen the wind blows your house of cardsI’ll be a home to your homeless heartBrokenShattered like a mirror in a million piecesSooner or later you got to findSomething, SomeoneTo find you and save youWhen you’re lost in the darkWhen you’re out in the coldWhen you’re looking for somethingThat resembles your soulWhen the wind blows your house of cardsI’ll be a home to your homeless heartWhen you’re lost in the darkWhen you’re out in the coldWhen you’re looking for somethingThat resembles your soulWhen the wind blows your house of cardsI’ll be a home to your homeless heartI’ll be a home to your homeless heart
You weren’t okay, you hadn’t been for some time and that feeling would continue, but it wasn’t the end. You wouldn’t feel this way, whatever it was, forever. Happiness and sadness were felt in equal measures and as one faded, another bloomed.
You would be okay with Undertaker in your mind and heart. His soul answered to yours and together, you’d find it all.

Danish pop star Bryan Rice released his 4th album Hear Me As I Am
Danish pop singer and songwriter Bryan Rice, who isknown for his hit songs No Promises and Breathing released his fourth studio album Hear Me As I Am in the beginning of this week. His fans had to wait for this about five years and I am sure it was worth waiting.
From the album could be found 13 tracks. The journey starts with Beat of My Own Drum which is going to be also the new single. It’s an uptempo song that catches the listener attention right away. It is being followed by the album titled track Hear Me As I Am. At first it might sound as an usual pop song, but the refrain stucks really easily to your head. It’s definitely a dangerous track. Next song that is worth mentioning is titled Parachute. It’s a midtempo track with powerful tune that gives you a feeling of freedom. I imagine it being a soundtrack, so I hope this dream will come true in near future. Next track is IOU or I Own You. This song is especially meant for the fans of Bryan. I believe that non of the singers could manage without his fans. The song itself is very rhythmical with grandiose ending where more male vocals have been added. First ballad that could be found from the album is titled The Rest of My Heart. I have got weakness for ballads, especially when they are as good as this one. You can hear mostly live instruments during the song and once again the multiple vocal part is very enjoyable. Next song These Arms was used to promote tolerance toward each other...These are the arms that I've been given to put around you... It’s a R&B track that starts calmly, but gains more power throughout the song. It is being followed by the highlight of the album. Fire To The Sky has a positive, energetic and attention catching tune which is really easy to love. You can find yourself surprisingly tapping along the melody. The only duet that is presented on the album is called Until This Day featuring popular Danish singer Søs Fenger. It’s a really quiet ballad with meaningful lyrics. If you are too into the track, you could be frightened when next track is going to appear as song Stay Awake is the only kind of club song that can be found from the album. Even though I am not personally into club music, I still enjoyed this track a lot.
To conclude, Bryan has stayed to his style of music and as it have brought success, he should continue with it. If you are acquianted with Bryan previous releases and you liked it, then you will definitely love this album as well. Bryan didn’t let down his fans and I am sure he will gather them even more with this record.
My favourite tracks are energetic Beat of My Own Drum, Fire To The Sky and beautiful ballad The Rest of My Heart.
