Okay so I just came to realization of how emotionally attached I am to show Skins. I first discovered the show in 8th grade when the season premiere of the sixth season had just aired. It was while I was living with my dad (aka the WORST 8 months of my life) this show was the ONLY thing I looked forward to during that time. I would wake up everyday thinking about the show and sit through school thinking about how I couldn't wait to go home and watch the next episode. It's kind of sad really. There was NOTHING else going on in my life that made me as happy as that show did. I can quote every single episode from all 7 seasons backwards and forwards but yet I still never get tired of it. I hadn't watched the show in awhile though and I tried to watch an episode today but as soon as the theme song started playing, I started crying. How pathetic is that? But that show was the only thing that kept me sane and still is to this day. So thank you Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain for saving my life.
