The realism of American and Western corruption is disturbing and horrifying. Outlast is not for everyone, and at the end of the day, it might be just a game to you. Just as Berkeley might be another school. Or Rage Against The Machine might just be another band. Or Park might just be another name. No one's obligated to look further than the gore and sex. After all, ignorance is bliss for those who benefit from the system.
