Friendly Reminder
By: Dylan Stentz, Editor-in-Chief
A quick reminder from your Editor and Chief Dylan Stentz. It is best for you to follow our motto and have a bag with water, a first aid, class supplies, extra dry clothes, a raincoat, your Class A, and a light. Also remember to always have buddy when walking from location to location in case something severe happened to you. Drink plenty of water. Whenever you go use the bathroom compare the color of your urine to the charts on the bathroom walls. If your urine is dark, seek medical attention immediately. If you are bitten by a animal seek medical attention as well. Make sure to be to your classes on time and to learn something new. Be in bed by 10:00, no loitering at the admin center, and DO NOT go to any of the restricted areas (the pool, climbing tower, camp entrance, and the dock). Thank you and have a wonderful time at V-Bar.

By Vincent Hartman

LSU beat Tennessee 30 to 10. Nicholls State will host their first ever playoff game at home. Wisconsin beat Michigan 24 to 17. Tulane beat Houston 20 to 17 and finally Fresno State beat Wyoming 13 to 7. Sports to you from V-Bar Journalists.
When traveling in groups
While heading to a camping function and multiple vehicles are on the roadway you should travel in a group (Caravan). The last vehicle of the caravan is responsible for crossing the entire group from lane to lane safely. That’s is all for our travel tips!
On the way to Camp VBar for an awesome week of Thanksgiving Camp. We ask that all troop leaders travel safely and get enough rest!
Welcome to our 2017 Thanksgiving Camp!

We are testing out this app to see if it’s useful to our scouts and scouters. As we continue to move into this digital age, we have to be willing to keep up with technological advances and use them to our benefit.
If you have any questions about the app, stop by the admin building and we will have one of our tech support assistants answer your questions.
Have a great week!
