Mission: The Haiku Files
For every organization / everyone
One day, Mori receives a red envelope from a subordinate. Inside, a single haiku:
Yearning through the fog On rooftops I find silence Underneath the stars
At first, he doesn't take it too seriously. It seems like a bad joke and yet, something about it unsettles him. How could someone bypass security and leave it right outside his office door?
Naturally, rumours begin to spread. Could the word "fog" be a reference to Shibusawa? At least, that's what @thetruetism was wondering...

There will be 8 Shorts, each containing a haiku. At first, solving the mystery may seem impossible, but the more haikus appear, the easier it will become to piece everything together. The solution will only reveal itself once you've seen the full set.
And remember: the journey is the point. More than just solving something, this is meant to spark conversations, speculation, and maybe a little chaos. ;)
I'll also be posting hints around the city, which might help a little.
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome to join in! ♥ Yes, the haiku was delivered to the Port Mafia, but rumours travel fast. Other factions, neutral parties, and even lone wolves might end up feeling affected by its content.
For example, what if Shibusawa isn’t dead after all? What if something bigger is coming?
What is the purpose of the haikus? Who sent them and why?
