“One time, uh, I was at work. It was pretty early in the morning and I was just coming out of the showers and my eyes were closed and I was drying my hair with a towel,” A laugh passed his lips as he looked over at Theo. “I was dating Saph at the time. It was dark, I was tired, my eyes were closed. I accidentally kissed Theo on the lips thinking he was her and we’ve never talked about it until right this second.”

“The tough guy act is bullshit most of the time, so that’s something that isn’t true or real or whatever. I’m a baby through and through. I love being held and cuddled and kissed, and if you play with my hair or scratch my back then I’m gonna melt in your hands. Cade’s been dealing with my shit since I was, like, a toddler, Liv stepped in when we were seven, Noah came along around thirteen, Leo’s been in for the last three years, and Maggie’s babied me for as long as she’s been alive. And even though I act like a dick toward all of them sometimes, I really do appreciate them taking care of me when I need it.”

this was turning out to be a little saucier than she had expected, but she turned to theo to get his reaction, before standing up and looking around the room. her eyes first landed on cece, but that felt too wrong. they were like sisters. finally, after scanning every woman in the room, serenity sauntered over to fallon. she straddled the other blonde, then ran a hand through her hair. “i actually can’t do this, but you’re beautiful and you know it,” she added with a laugh before standing up and running back to her seat beside theo.
