So, the cast has been invited to the MTV Movie Awards! No one will be presenting or announcing, they’re no quite as popular as the much bigger names that will be in attending. Just being there will be just another night for them to remember and for the seniors not attending schools close to San Fran - it might be their last hoorah as far as fame goes!

WHEN IS IT? Sunday, 4/10.

WHO IS INVITED? Aside from the actual actors/performers expected to be there - everyone on the show is! However, it’s an invitation, meaning they do not need to attend.

DRESS CODE?: Dress to impress, you know what it’s like being on the red carpet after the premiere party last year!

WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED TO KNOW? We encourage everyone to do f2f’s or paras, or you could get a group together and do a group chatzy. You can also headcanon things, etc, etc, you all know the drill by now!

You’ve probably realized by now that you can’t physically bring back some of these items, but that’s okay. An item may need creativity, improvisation, or some smooth talking.

Any questions about the hunt itself will be answered, but we will not be answering questions about the items on the list. It’s up to your intrepretation and based off of that, plus how quickly your whole team gets it done, is how you will be scored.

The points listed next to each items are the most you can get for collecting that item to the best of your ability. Admin discretion will come into play and since Sadie has work and Eleanor will not be participating, she will make all final decisions so that it’s fair! 

There will be an official “START” post, posted on the main on Saturday afternoon (EST) which will signal the start of the hunt IC and OOC. IC in the sense that that’s when the teams will divide up the lists and then start looking for their items. OOC in the sense that you will be allowed to start posting your photosets for the items that your character is suppose to find. If your team is the first to post all their photosets, you will get an extra 15 points added to your overall score.

IC they have till midnight on Saturday to complete the hunt, but OOC you have until Monday when we will announce the winners.

SCAVENGER HUNT!

Okay! So in regards to the Scavenger Hunt, I’ve been trying not to leave any groups at a disadvantage from the get-go and so with the roles leaving (and some coming), I’m gonna have to push it back from not being this weekend because I can’t get the groups in order in time as we’re still sort of waiting for the dust to settle. 

Unfortunately, both Sadie and myself won’t be around next weekend as much as we normally are in order to answer questions you might have about the hunt. And so instead of pushing it back to next weekend, we’re going to have to go with the following weekend. 

And so, the new date for the Scavenger Hunt will be Saturday, March 12! I’ll repost groups at the beginning of that week, based off of who else has come and gone.

OPEN F2F || CABIN EVENT

He’d never been a party person and could hardly keep up on all the fingers of both hands just how many invitations he’d brushed by with the preset picture of exactly how those nights would always go after that old morning of waking up in his friend’s bed and promptly puking until his entire body felt like it’d been wrenched inside out; But he’d played his hand and things had come out peaceful for his corner of the cabin, cozied up and calm, the exact picture of warmth that he’d never quite found outside of such a tiny handful. 

Chagrin came from from the twig still stuck in his hair, gone a little wild in a birds nest of springed curls without access to gel, so he’d crouched to “borrow” a beanie out from his brother’s backpack and made his way past the threshold with two mugs, tea strings dangling and steam swirling up into the colorless wash of greys and whites stretched over the span of the sky. “How’d you manage that?” Blaine passed over one of the mugs and took their arm in his hands, eyeing the patch of blood soaked through the sleeve before he moved to gingerly peel the fabric away. “Let me guess, it was a bear with... chainsaw arms... and a lust for kid-blood.”

Attention Balboa Triplets! I am so beyond pleased to announce that the ratings for our show were beyond our wildest dreams! I had the pleasure of waking up this morning not only to MTV executives calling me, elated at the overnight success, but to more than a few wonderful reviews and articles about last night’s episode.

I would like to personally thank, and congratulate each and every one of you. This show could not be what it is without you. I may be the genius mastermind behind it, but you are the ones who make it a reality. I am but a man with ideas, you are the doers. You are the ones who face the cameras, who lead such interesting lives. You should all be proud of yourselves.

Because of the enormous success of Balboa Triplets, we will be putting on an event for you. On Saturday, August 22nd, we will be throwing a party. This won’t be your typical high school party, this will be bigger. Think of it like a premiere, your very own red carpet event. So find your best dresses, scrounge up those suits and ties, you’re all in for a flashy evening, fit for only the biggest of stars.
