Who are ROs in BtSL?

There are Five official ROs. All five of these ROs are highly influenced by MC. Such as how Kamil and Yu can have a crush on MC in Chapter One that will continue on and influence the way they interact with MC in later chapters. The others are also influenced by MCs choices as well.

Kamil, the Chosen Seer of Meidh. Despite being blind, Kamil has been blessed by Meidh. Why? Well... It's strange. Meidh, being the Divine of Fate has never, in their life, ever, blessed any individual before, so why Kamil of all people? Obsure as this may be, Kamil just might be the breath of fresh air Vanthelia needs. Need to say the kingdom won't fall.

Yu, the Wanderer who is veiled in many secrets. Though timid and shy, that might change as you grow up. Perhaps older, Yu might be more outgoing and talkitive, but perhaps everything is just a facade? Who knows. Yu seems to know a lot about 'wearing a mask'. Makes you wonder what they're hiding.

Elathea, the Knight who desires to find a Master to serve. Elathea is the daughter of a hero from Nilhiems. With the way Nilhiems is, woman aren't known for becoming knights, and are looked down on. Even so, Elathea wants to do something on her own, without the help of her father and brothers. But to accomplish something

Valar, the Black Sheep of Nilhiems. A bastard child from the Royal family. Valar's romance will be tricky, as choosing to become engaged when you first meet Valar is the easiest way for MC to romance Valar. Attempting to romance Valar when you're older is far more difficult and very much a slow-burn due to the walls he will have up to guard himself from others.

The Chosen, who is, well, the one prophesied to actually kill the Accursed King. The Chosen is a gender-selectable RO who will kill Aris if you choose not to. They won't hesitate. It's their role. They're the 'hero' of this story. They have to do this, since it has beem prophesied by the Divines. Oh, did I forget to say that they're also a Yandere? Of course, you can totally also have a plantonic-Yandere

And two secret RO who are difficult to romance, due to their high standards. You can already meet one of them if you go a certain path in Chapter One. The other will be met during MC's Social Debute.

Soooo here’s the link of where I’ll be working on my Warriors: Beyond the Scarlet Lake series, anyone is welcome to read it. I am working on the plot points for the first book on another doc and the allegiances at least so I might not update the book just yet until I’m 100% positive I’m satisfied with the story without a worry. I should be publishing in Wattpad and Quotev too soon as well.

You know how I said I was gonna draw my other harbingers? Well I got slammed with art block and been busy so instead you get these sketches I did of my BtSL MC. BtSL belongs to @spider-lilies-if and can learn more on their blog.

Meet Aster, a very emotional child

They want to be like their dad so bad (even going as far to do their hair like his) but they aren’t great at it. They’re clumsy, easily frightened, and as stated before emotional. At least, as a child they are. Enjoy some shenanigans I imagine they will get up too and just general headcanons

They are normally very easy to keep track of. If they aren’t clinging to Aris’s leg, they tend to stomp around. It isn’t intentional they just don’t realize how much force they put behind each step. (they are on a mission, and that mission is to hug dad)

There is one instance they actually manage to be quiet... and that is when they try to take Aris’s furry coat if he is not wearing it. They know their dad can be very busy and feel bad for clinging to him 24/7 so they try to steal said coat when they want to take a nap or just miss him in general. (if the child is silent, mischief is commencing)

They got a snaggletooth (just like I do! I wanted to give them one and will not apologize.)

Aris’s suitors trying to earn Aster’s favor would not go well. They struggle interacting with other kids, so adults suddenly trying to interact them would send them running behind Aris to hide and cry.

They have a wild imagination. They gave Aris a whole speech on why he had to keep one of their toys with him at all times for a day. The toy is there to keep the weird adults they don’t like at bay. It’s simple, really.

If they aren’t following Aris around, they are with their peryton. They love it with their whole heart and very pointedly corrects anyone if they get any information wrong about their best bud.

They have absolutely stormed into a meeting crying to Aris cause there was a bug in their room. Why didn’t they have Ren handle it? Cause what if Ren was scared of bugs, duh. Dad’s gotta take care of it, no one else.

I could go on but I shall save it for if I manage to find time to draw them when they are older.

I reread Fell Star and started on BTSL! I love it sob, but there seems to be a coding error when mc tries to react to a character who popped out of the box

Hey there, I'm alive

For Fell Star, my head is spinning from writing action scenes for Chapter Two. Luncacy!MC/Soulweaver!MC's are officially my worst (but also favorite) nightmares to write for, for various of reasons.

As for BtSL, I'm happy to hear you liked it. Aha, the intermission for the chapter will differ, depending on MC's choices and the path they took for various of reasons... 👀

While for the bug, I'm a dummy who forgot to add a *goto for players who aren't mute when they choose the first greeting asdfghjkl-

It should be fixed now though I hope

Oh, and WtSB is being entirely revamped into Ren'Py.
