Dunno if this has been asked, but are Toots and Bubba related? They kinda give me the same vibe and they are both candy shop owners so yeah, I got the idea they are brothers
yup they're brothers!! they didn't always own the candy shop together tho! it was toots who first owned it and is the main owner of the shop but when bubs came to them for help after a,,, certain accident, they welcomed him with open arms then they eventually co owned the shop!
