M:Random fact about me.I once had an intense life crisis cuz the optometrist said I have insanely high eye fluid pressure which could lead to glaucoma and blindness. Went through a buncha tests (one that involved numbing my eye and putting a lens thing directly on my eyeball, another where I pressed a button whenever I saw a dot ((I was so scared my nose was too long and would skew the results)), and tons of lights shoved into my retinas). Every time, the optometrist seemed sullen about the results. I thought I was gonna lose my vision so I was agonizing over my future inability to art (among other things).
Then one day after a more routine checkup, he was just like, “Oh, you’re fine.”"……….What? What, are you sure?""Yup. *leaves the room*""…………………………………………."
I thought he was lying so I wouldn’t get depressed (I didn’t realize no one would ever do that hahaha) so what the heck!!!!! Just NO explanation?? I’m still mad over it. I haven’t really gone to the eye doctor since… I need new glasses though…
