this whole thing ended up becoming a whole agere au that's all pure self indulgent fluff, where all of the toons know what agere is and all of them are niceys to each other and their problems get solved from the power of communication and healthy coping mechanisms thumbs up 👍

Dandy!!
🫧- flip, little leaning, little age 3-5. Currently unable to act as a cg because he is going THROUGH it (but he does miss it :( alot)
🫧- used to be taken care of by the other mains (and sometimes also cared for them too). the mains were all best friends and super close to each other prior to. whatever the hell happened.
🫧- when said Thing happened, dandy cut everyone else off and he repressed everything because he was convinced he had to fix everything himself with no help for whatever reason. he is!!!! doing bad!!!!!
🫧- yeah thats why he and the other mains drifted apart and sprout and vee have been so tetchy with him. theyre both worried and upset that hes avoiding them and arent telling them anything even though he seems to know so much about why their world is falling apart the way it is. shelly is the only one who doesnt push about it but shes just as upset. she just hides it well and distracts herself with other things
🫧- the only one he lets in is astro because he can see dandys dreams. and that makes hiding from him impossible. but even then they still dont really talk about what's actually going on in detail, astro doesnt wanna push him
🫧- i think dandy initially tried to stave off regressing entirely, but then astro was just a biiiit too gentle with him when he came to visit once and then he just broke
🫧- DEFINITELY involuntarily regresses. and hates it. he has the hardest time ever and misses the others so bad, he clutches to astro like a lifeline
🫧- because i am allergic to too much angst, i ended up deciding that the others do confront him together and they all reconcile and everything gets solved forever yay! (this is what that one pic was based on hehe)
🫧- after the reconciliation, dandy is SUPER fragile for awhile. he can barely stand to be away from the other mains for 5 seconds before the fear of abandonment starts to eat at him. velcro baby but for 4 people (and a pet rock) at the same time.
🫧- on a lighter note, his petals close up if he gets too shy!!!
🫧- sweet baby but if hes having a bad day then so is everyone else. no one likes it when he cries because he can cry for forever and everyone just has to guess what he needs
Astro!!
🫧- flip, 50/50 split, little age 1-4
🫧- mainly cares for dandy when hes big, but does care for the other mains too! and other littles in general on occasion. if anyone needs some comfort, cuddles, help getting to sleep? then hes the perfect person to go to!
🫧-super sweet and soft caregiver! he has such a gentle voice and is an expert at getting littles to calm down. he makes naptime and bedtime such comforting activities, even to the littles that get fussy about it!
🫧- low energy and tends to struggle with both hyper littles and hyper caregivers.
🫧- his FAVORITE regression activity is cuddling and being surrounded by soft things, he loves being swaddled and held and taking naps. sweet baby ;-;
🫧- barely makes any noise when regressed, hes so quiet. no talk
Vee!!
🫧- flip, cg??? lean??? little age 8-12
🫧- okay calling her a caregiver isnt the right term. shes not good with littles in any kind of parental way. shes more like that cool aunt that steals away her nieces and nephews to go do crime and other things they arent allowed to be doing.
🫧- she'll babysit older littles and get into chaos. and also spoil them ROTTEN
🫧- not very confident in taking care of the younger regressors. she doesnt know what to do with babies. but she tries her best!
🫧- ends up as the cool big sister when small, and she loves it
🫧- doesnt really have any little or cg, she'll take care of the other mains if she needs to, and she'll let the other mains take care of her (within reason) but overall she tends to just. do her own thing. most of the time its others seeking her out and not the otherway around
🫧- she frequently gets in trouble with the other cg's because of her nonsense. both when little and big. i love her so so much.
🫧- very self sufficient and has no trouble regressing alone (sometimes she prefers it)
Shelly!!
🫧- flip, 50/50 split, little age 4-8
🫧- if you think she's obsessed with dinosaurs big, then you dont even know the HALF of it when shes small.
🫧- the other mains will take care of her sometimes, but she always seems to attach herself to tisha! she cant help it. tisha is great
🫧- has a lot of fears about being a burden or forgotten or abandoned. she hates when the person shes with leaves her, even if its just for a moment. frequently needs to be reminded that shes okay and shes not alone and shes not doing anything wrong! shes allowed to take up space!!
🫧-always doing her best to be helpful! and excited to try new things!!! picks up on stuff really fast, even when small.
🫧- likes to dig and isnt afraid of getting messy (unless shes being watched by tisha, in which case she will do her best to stay clean for her)
🫧- very very fun cg, will yap and play with littles for hours and hours without getting tired, LOVES with the little ones hang out with her and will volunteer to babysit anytime ever. really good at getting littles to chatter about their interests,
🫧- whether big or small, she will bother vee if she can.
Sprout!!
🫧- flip, caregiver leaning, little age ranges from 2-4 and occasionally 7-10
🫧- the resident babysitter!!! if anyone needs a caregiver on short notice then sprout is on the case >:D! unless he is also little in which case nevermind
🫧- very caring cg but also no nonsense and very direct. has a very specific *look* and *voice* that he uses to let any trouble making littles know that he means business
🫧- his main little and main cg is cosmo. because of course. do not separate them. but he also takes care of the mains a lot too! and shrimpo. but we'll get to him in a bit.
🫧- worries himself to death over everyone. especially those that are having a particularly hard time (dandy)
🫧- sometimes comes off as over protective or "suffocating" but it's just cause he cares and worries so much :(
🫧- he loves caregiving, it's very fulfilling and helps him with his need to take care of others. but sometimes he needs to be reminded that he NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF TOO!!!!!!!
🫧- will wait to the last minute to drop. cosmo is trying to get him to STOP THAT. its not healthy. stupid idiot strawberry
🫧- hes pretty shy letting anyone other than cosmo care for him.
🫧- has this innate need to help others, so even when he's small he needs to be given tiny tasks to do just so he feels helpful! he takes them very seriously
🫧- quite the stubborn and bossy little, sometimes, it's cute :3
🫧- LOOOVES being a big sibby when he's in the older headspace!!!! he gets to be small AND care for others!!!!
Cosmo!!
🫧- flip, little leaning, little age 2-5
🫧- only ever really lets sprout care for him when hes small and doesnt care for anyone else besides sprout if hes big, (doesnt mind babysitting though!) the only exception to this is shrimpo and.... we'll get to shrimpo.
🫧- has good regression habits and can usually work with it really well unless he's having a particularly hard day. provided hes in a comfy and safe environment, he can slip no problem even when alone. and if he ever needs to he can come back up with no issues
🫧- if he does end up having a bad day, then he becomes a velcro baby with separation anxiety, will NOT let sprout go if he can help it.
🫧- oddly aware when little, even at his smallest hes still good at reading sprout. if hes little and notices that sprout needs to regress then he will GET him to regress too. and then they will both be babie together.
🫧- tends to be really sweet and gentle but can put his foot down if he needs to. particularly when sprout keeps pushing himself >:(
Shrimpo!!
🫧- little, little age 1-3 or 6-12
🫧- i love this little freak so much.
🫧- has such a hard time regressing on his own. he really doesnt mean to repress it but he does, and he just ends up staying tense all of the time until it affects him to the point of lashing out at everyone.
🫧- he is overstimulated and stressed and doesnt know how to FIX IT. he cant relax! so he stays suffering until he breaks and involuntarily drops. and by that point he is small and miserable and baby for a looooong time.
🫧- is usually less temperamental after a period of regressing. still shrimpo with all of his stubbornness, but doesnt lash out as much and is way more cooperative.
🫧- nobody could figure out how to help him until sprout did on accident. shrimpo insulted cosmo and then sprout used *the look* and *the voice* and suddenly shrimpo is coming down. literally all he needs when he gets stuck in that angry and uncomfortable headspace was for someone to be strict with him in a caregiver way.
🫧- the only issue with this is that sprout seems to be the only one who can do it. everyone else tries and it doesnt work as well. nobody knows why.
🫧- ends up getting taken care of by sprout and cosmo the most for this reason. teagan does end up getting the hang of it though and becomes another common caregiver for him!
🫧- he gets a schedule for when he should drop, if he hasnt regressed in a few days then he'll usually be worked down into it by either sprout and cos or teagan.
🫧- the best way to work him down is the timeout method! they'll try getting him to regress normally and if he lashes out then he'll be put in the time out corner, get told sternly why and that if he doesnt want to regress that day he can leave when his timeout is up. and then after time is up he is usually baby.
🫧- after a while of this it does get easier for him to slip voluntarily and his mood considerably improves. he's still a menace but hes a happy menace.
🫧- when he regresses he is surprisingly needy and emotional, he is so baby its ridiculous. tiny sea bug ;-; <3
🫧- finn is one of his favorite playmates!!!

i still have alot of other ideas, (like the twisteds still being gentle with littles and stuff) and the more i learn about other characters the more i lose my mind over them. i'd love to make more stuff with them soon!!! (maybe even a fic if im lucky!)
