Your health is the most important thing, metal or physical. Listening to your body is important, and if it’s telling you to take a break I’d say yes! :3
Ahhh, I totally dig where you’re coming from, but if I didn’t go to work every time I felt too exhausted to deal, I’d miss a lot of days. (Might be because I don’t especially love the work, I just happen to be competent at it.)
