Tonight for dinner, Chef Joye (my mother) made a sandwich inspired salad.
Tonight's dish was inspired by a bacon cheeseburger!
It had Lettuce, Tomato, diced pickle, hamburger (and hamburger seasoning), cheese (Swiss, of course!), red onion, diced pickles, and bacon of course!
I used Thousand island on my salad, and she used the classic ketchup and mustard!
We're currently brainstorming a way to do a pizza salad. Taking suggestions in replies!
Bon appetite!
