It was such a pleasure to finally be able to meet Lindy / Bubzbeauty last night at her book signing 📚 There are very few youtubers that I follow closely anymore because there just aren't that many that are as down to Earth and relatable as Bubz. I admit I started following her about 7 years ago because I was at that phase where I was fascinated by how people could change how they looked with make up products. But over the years, I found it more enjoyable to listen to her talks and advice on life, happiness, faith, kindness, and so much more 💬 It felt nice to see an Asian youtuber who, despite growing up in different parts of the world, experienced similar struggles and challenges that I went through. I love when she talks about her faith and her trust in Jesus our Savior because it's a constant reminder that He is so Good. One of the questions that moves me deeply every single time is when people ask me "How can I pray for you?" because it shows God's character and His outgoing love and mercy. I wasn't expecting her to ask me that last night but it helped me see even more how kind and compassionate she is towards others. 😌❤️ It's amazing to see how she has touched so many lives through her YouTube channel, her work with Pencils of Promise, and now her very own book. I feel really thankful to be able to meet such an inspiring role model and her amazing family! It's true that no child is well behaved all the time, but Isaac was so sweet and willing to take pictures and high five & fist bump everyone 👊✨ Can't wait to sit down and read Lindy's book: A Beautiful Mind, A Beautiful Life: The Bubz Guide to Being Unstoppable!
