If I was a pirate I would bury a man neck deep in sand by the shoreline so that as the tide came up he would drown and I would set up a plastic lawn chair on the beach about fifty feet up shore and watch him be engulfed by my mistress the ocean while sharing beer and stories with a spritz of lemon (to fight off scurvy) with my pirate buddies, I think.
