Thank you @iwantutobehapppier for bringing it to my attention that this song was in the new Thunderbolts trailer!

Kudzu is an old story but her and I were inspired by some Toadies songs one day! And I just rolled out the story Kudzu for Possum Kingdom and Lurker for Tyler!

Thank you to the millennial flavored Texan who put that song on screen to Bucky! Now I can finally see him in some darker music. >:D

🦋 - bucky bringing his SON home from the hospital.

“Welcome home, pal. I’m so excited to show you around. Everyone is coming over later to meet you. You’re going to love it here.” Bucky whispered to the baby as he walked around the house, pointing things out and telling him what everything is

“And this will be your room for a little while. Your mom decorated the nursery the minute we found out about you, but we’re keeping you with us for a while. I think it’ll be fun. It’ll be like a sleepover without the sleep.”

He sat in the rocking chair in the corner of the room and let the baby relax against his chest for a while 

The quiet snores and noises leaving the baby allowed Bucky to relax a bit and shut his eyes 

“Sam, Nat, and Steve are gonna be here soon. Let me feed and change him so he’s not fussy when they’re here” you whispered

The three of them called first dibs at seeing Baby Barnes when Bucky told everyone that you had gone into labor and were practically vibrating with excitement when they knocked on your door 

Bucky answered and they walked into the house quietly and looked around to see where the baby was

“She’s feeding and changing the baby right now, they’ll be down in a few.” He told them and laughed when their shoulders dropped and they all went to the living room

You heard them talking amongst themselves when you walked out of your bedroom and made your way towards the living room

Everyone heard your footsteps and went quiet when you walked into the room with the baby in your arms 

You sat in the middle of the couch, Steve and Nat on either side of you and moved the baby so everyone could see him

“This is Leo Grant Barnes. Leo, this is Nat, Steve, and Sam.” You introduced everyone to Leo. His eyes were open a little and he was just looking around, still not able to see anything quite yet

You looked at Bucky and saw the biggest grin spread across his face 

Steve was the first one to reach his hands out and ask if he could hold him. You twisted your body a little to be able to gracefully transfer Leo to him

Steve wiped at the tears that had fallen down his face and wouldn’t take his eyes off of the baby

“Hey, pal. It’s really nice to meet you. We’ve all been so excited for you to get here. I can’t believe I share a middle name with the coolest little guy on the planet.” He whispered to your son, tears still falling down his face.

Bucky saw you getting emotional and gestured for you to sit next to him

You sat on the couch, still crying, with Bucky’s arm wrapped around you watching your son meet the most important people in your life

Date Night

A/N: This is for my lil baby @kquel12 who wanted romantic new boyfriend Bucky with a dash of sexy time.  This is 952/30,000 for my challenge

“You promise you don’t think I’m too old-fashioned?”

You assured Bucky for the umpteenth time that you liked the way he held doors, gave you flowers, and wrote you letters. And that was just a few of the things he did that you loved. He was clearly nervous about today. It was your fourth date and he had something special planned.

He took you to dinner and then the drive-in and it was just so sweet. He made sure you had snacks and didn't stop holding your hand all night. Truth be told, you were a little anxious yourself. You understood why he wanted to go slow but you couldn't help that every time you looked at him you wanted to swallow him whole. He was so handsome and strong and every time you closed your eyes you imagined what it would be like to have those lips all over you.

You were so lost in your thoughts you hadn't noticed the car stop. He had parked at the edge of a ravine looking over the ocean. He was already at your door getting you out. He took your hand leading you to sit on the hood of the car. "Look at the stars doll"

Being from the city it was rare to see more than just a few stars in the sky. Bucky made sure to drive far enough from the light pollution that you could see every bright ball of gas the sky had to offer. It reminded him of a simpler time, a quieter time. The two of you fell into a comfortable silence, just enjoying the intimacy. He joined you on the hood of the car and laid his head on your shoulder.

"Doll can I kiss you?" Bucky asked.

You nodded furiously without a passing thought. He placed a chaste kiss to your lips. They were soft but firm just like you imagined. You tried to deepen the kiss but he pulled away. Before you could be upset at the loss of contact he kissed your neck. Then lower and lower. When he reached your breast you began to unbutton your blouse, "Did I ever tell you how much I love this skirt?" He asked as his hands slide up your thighs. He kisses your stomach next and it tickles and makes you hot and it's perfect. "What do you say doll? Gonna let me make love to you under the stars?"
