Vampire, Faerie, Succubus

Vampire: Someone offers you a chance at immortality. Do you take it, and why or why not?  I goddamn take it.  A)  I would travel the world and study dangerous animals close up. I wanted to be a zoologist as a kid, so this would be a great way to use immortality to benefit the more lethal endangered species. You can bet I’d be snuggling with Sumatran tigers. And studying their habits to prevent extinction. I care about animals a lot more than I do about people. 

Faerie :If you could get away with anything, what would you do? Hmm. Steal enough money to buy a huge estate way off the map,  then spend the rest of my life building a massive Victorian greenhouse filled with orchids and tropical plants. I know I’m an old lady. whatever. 

Succubus:What’s one thing you can’t live without? I was going to say cats, but I should really ease up on the crazy cat lady jokes. Probably music. I sing to myself a lot. I wake up with songs running through my head every morning. My first loves were the Beatles at age 11 and Beck soon after. Brendan Benson will always have my adoration, no matter what he does. I cried when I saw John Lennon’s Sgt. Pepper’s uniform at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. So yes. Music.

Yes, don't judge me, it's also dragonsinparis' fault.

It's the only completely new cosplay I'm doing for fall, mostly due to the generosity of friends who own a lot of extra leather and who feel bad that I've sacrificed most of my cosplay plans for funding acting career stuff. I realize I'm not exactly going to be the world's most convincing crossplayer, but whatever, I'll deal.

I knew this kid named Max, he used to get fat stacks out on the corner with drugs. He liked to stay out late, he liked to get shit faced, and keep pace with thugs. 'Til late one night there was a big gun fight and Max lost his head. He pulled out his chrome .45, talked some shit, and wound up dead. 

Now his wife and his kid are caught in the midst of all his pain. Yeah it comes that way, at least that's what they say when you play the game. But God forbid you ever have to wake up to hear the news. 'Cuz then you really might know what it's like to have to lose.

Separate. I even spelled it wrong the first time I typed it in this answer.

16 - What song are you currently listening to?

I'm not listening to anything right now, but a song I've been listening to a lot lately is "What It's Like" by Everlast. It's really catchy. I've been listening to a lot of Everlast lately. "Friend" is my favorite song at the moment.

25 - Do you wear glasses? If so, how long have you been wearing glasses?

I have been virtually blind my entire life. Actually, without the use of contacts/glasses, I was legally considered blind. When I was eighteen I had internal contact lens implant surgery. Which is exactly what it sounds like. Basically a procedure they save for people like me who are so far gone that regular lasik is pretty much useless. 

20 - What was the last thing you watched on tv?

I've been rewatching The Office!

29 - How long have you known your best friend?

I've never really had a best friend. I've always wanted one, it just hasn't seemed to happen yet.
