So I got asked what I thought the dragons looked like in my Prince!knight au. (Good Knight Sweet Prince) So I made this post to show them and anyone else who’s interested. The dragons in this fic are based on my other dragon fic which is a Pern au. I’ve never been a huge fan of the official dragons from Pern and tend to imagine them a bit more traditional western dragon style but my brain is still influenced by these ones so it ends up a bit of a mix. And some cover art which has influenced my mental picture of them over the years. The white dragon is Ruth and he’s a lot smaller than a typical dragon (see the link for scale) in Good Knight Sweet Prince Cal is growing still. In the my dragonriders au he’s much bigger.

At this point I feel like I need my own tag for ridiculous Buddie Aus that I probably won't write but want to read...

On today's list, because i just watched it and then read an excellent Destiel fic with a similar premise its: Truman show AU.

This could actually be really interesting, especially as it changes based on whether you have Buck or Eddie be Truman.

If it's Eddie you get the "person left me" idea with Shannon leaving him, and if it's Buck you get the more classic "family member died" element with them writing Maddie out of the show and she's outside wishing she could help poor Buck.

Then you have them clearly pushing a straight romance while Buck and Eddie fall for one another and the writers are like wtf.

I also just have this weird image of like, either way one or both of them are firefighters but like the town is so "perfect" that almost all they do is rescue cats and when there is finally a fire near the end no one but them knows what to do a la the scene from Pleasantville.
