Buddyfight x Inazuma Eleven Crossover Of Course!
It could start with Yota & Yuuichi becoming close friends at the hospital they're staying at. They'd be the type of friends who visit each others rooms on the regular, talk during physical therapy, hang out together in activity rooms, etc. Just the typical stuff you'd expect to see from two bedridden patients- And as everyone knows, they'd get visits from their siblings; Kyousuke & Gao. From here I'd like to think they'd all become acquainted at some point and slowly open up about their hobbies. Gao & Yota would talk about buddyfight while Yuuichi & Kyousuke would talk about sakka. And over time Gao & Kyouskue would even try to pick up on each others activities.
Canon or not we've seen how the Inazuma Eleven card game has been featured in the series several times so what's stopping them from learning about other world card games (such as buddyfight). Tsurugi could be the one to introduce the Go characters to buddyfight and possibly even get a buddy of his own!
As for the buddyfight world, they already have soccer (mostly looking to Kanata Ozora here) but with Gao's help, he could introduce Kanata and his other friends to the soccer world of Inazuma and even learn how to create hissatus of their own that they could use on a soccer feild or maybe even a buddyfight?!
The possibilities are endless for this au and just about anything could happen. We could have buddy monsters participate in soccer matches, have hissatus incorporated into buddyfights, and so much more! And let's not forget about the conflicts that could happen too! We could see someone like Kyoya Gaen team up with 5th Sector or some of the greater evils in the Go series to divide and conquer the soccer and buddyfight worlds?!
