Winter wine

The judges gave this wine the top mark. We had tasting notes stating raspberry and cherry fruits with spice and enough tannin to create a very enjoyable wine! Under $15.00

Here is Australian Shiraz we blind tested. It has some earthy qualities and the black berry fruit. The hint of white pepper was welcome as a balancing flavour. This wine is approximately $20.00

Winter Wine

Here is a great value wine under $15.00. The shiraz grape when grown in South Africa's hot climate ripens into a big jam jar of a berry. The wines can be big, full bodied, black berry fruit. The South African shiraz seem to have a smoky oak quality which is a style they seem to have adopted. It make the wine taste rich and complex.

Winter Wine - El Petit Bonhomme

Check out this cheery label! Easy to spot on the shelf and an terrific wine. I am back in Spain with this wine. The grape blend is Monastrell, Syrah and Grenache. For under $15.00 the wine delivers with cheese, pizza or by itself.
