Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 zucchini, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, diced. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. This will make a marinade. Cover the chicken breasts with half of the marinade in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again. For at least 30 minutes, let it sit. Using skewers, alternate between chicken that has been marinated, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper. Before putting the skewers on the hot grill, brush them with the rest of the marinade. Skewers should be cooked on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are charred and soft. Put the cheap summer skewers out on a table with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
