Rolling Budget

A rolling budget is also referred to as the continuous budget or the rolling forecast. It changes throughout the year constantly. When the closure if one month occurs, the budget gets added with another month. For instance, the budget can cover January to December. Rolling budget helps in controlling and planning accuracy.
