need the texans to win this game and for the bills to win out cause then we’ll be the fifth seed and that’s literally the best case scenario atp.
in english that means that if the texans beat the chargers and the bills win against the eagles and the jets (the latter shouldn’t be a hard game), then the bills will have the highest record in the AFC, excluding divisional leaders. we’ll end up playing the steelers, who are probably the easier team to beat out of anyone who could be in the playoffs, and if it comes down to 2 wildcard spots, the bills will have a home game. so i need this so bad

YEAHHHH—i was so happy about that lol—sorry to ramble here but that game had me shaking so bad. james cook’s fumble at the goal line was just sad, but christian benford having a pick six and then josh running over 40 yards for a touchdown and scoring the first down in the last minute was just. oh my god—i do have to say that i hate seeing all the bengals fans blame joe burrow for the loss. yes, he threw two interceptions, but the defense also gave up 39 points. it’s a team loss, not a one player loss. and i’d be saying the same thing if the tables were turned—i remember when people were harassing tyler bass for missing the field goal back in 2023, it was just horrible. that’s what i can’t stand about football fans sometimes. the bengals did put up one helluva fight though.
anyway, it was a very stressful game, very high reward though. i have a good feeling that we’ll make the playoffs! we moved up 2 seeds after the colts lost, so i do feel better now.
