Ingredients: 2 lbs pork shoulder, diced. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tbsp garlic powder. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1 cup diced celery. 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine diced pork shoulder, buffalo sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until pork is tender and fully cooked. Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks.
